and support engineers, field training for installation and

held small business in a major metropolitan area ATI has enjoyed

contact center solutions. Since the dawn of Computer Telephony
Integration (CTI) we have installed open architecture, standards
based systems in some of the most demanding environments,
fully leveraging our clients’ existing technology investments
while creating fundamental operational advantages over their
competitors. As a sales and service organization independent
of manufacturer bias, ATI first analyzes an organization’s
