a Professional Services Team offering Project Management,
Training and Post-installation services to our customers.
Project
Management
At
the heart of our Project Management efforts is the Project
Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful
execution of an installation’s every stage and for synchronizing
the activities of all parties involved to ensure smooth
implementation of the project.
Once
a project’s scope is agreed to and its goals defined, a
team is formed including pre-sale engineers, product experts,
installers and trainers. Pre-sale engineers establish exact
customer requirements, perform site evaluations and tailor
a specific solution. Product experts provide input and confirmation
on product design and capabilities of the solution. Installation
teams are responsible for pre-installation setup, implementation
at the customer site and handing over the completed, installed
system to the customer or the on-site technical team. Trainers
provide users and supervisors with hands-on application
specific training.
The
Project Manager creates a Project Management Plan aimed
at synchronizing and coordinating the activities of all
parties involved in the project. From the initial stages
and through the life of the project design reviews and progress
meetings are carried out between all parties to ensure the
project is moving ahead to the customer’s satisfaction.
To
orchestrate all processes in the project and to ensure its
success as a whole, the Project Manager acts as a single
point of contact for the customer. The Project Manager is
responsible for supplying the customer with ongoing progress
reports while teaming with them to coordinate all on and
off-site preparations and activities required for a smooth
implementation of their solution. The goal is to implement
and deliver a perfect project ensuring unsurpassable customer
satisfaction before, during and after installation.
Training
ATI’s
Trainers have been application certified by our business
partners. They work with our customers call center agents
and supervisors in setting up and implementing their performance
management solutions so as to fully utilize and realize
the benefits of their investment. As professional call center
trainers, they assist in the introduction and development
of an evaluation, or forecasting and scheduling system design
based on the customers application and objectives.
Training
sessions are typically completed on-site in a hands-on tutorial
style program with supporting presentations and documentation
to ensure effective results and provide users with future
reference materials.
